Terms

Headcase is run by VFX Tools LLC ("we"). By using headcase3d.com or the Headcase ComfyUI node you agree to these terms.

The beta

Headcase is in beta. It is provided as is, may change or pause, and may get things wrong. Check every track before it goes into a delivery.

Your footage and results

You keep all rights to your footage and to the tracks we make from it. You give us permission to process it only to make those tracks, as described on the privacy page. Only upload footage you have the right to use.

Free shots and credits

Free beta shots are one per upload, up to the frame limit shown. Shots the tracker refuses before tracking (too long, too large) are given back automatically, and so are shots our servers never ran. A shot that was tracked counts, whatever the result. Credits are prepaid, have no cash value and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

Fair use

One account per person. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service or the tracker, share your key, or use Headcase to track people without their consent.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We'll post changes here and email account holders about important ones.
